Tim Bartlett is a top producing Realtor who specializes in working with both buyers and sellers in the Nashville market.
Tim has over a decade of real estate experience and has over $100 million in sales. Starting in 2012 he was named his office’s Rookie of the Year. In 2015 he was named a Top 20 Solo Agent at Village Real Estate. After joining Parks Broadwest in 2018, he has since become a Top 5 Agent. In 2021 he joined an exclusive list as a Top 1% Agent in Nashville.
He has received numerous awards and designations but is most proud to be a part of the Tennessee Association of Realtors Forms Committee, where he helps write and edit the documents all Realtors use in the state of Tennessee.
Tim has lived in Sylvan Park, Sylvan Heights and the Nations but currently lives in East Nashville with his wife, Jamie, their daughter, Lucy, and their “East Nashville mutt", Booker.
In his free time, Tim likes to play hockey, hike and kayak, travel, and experience all that Nashville has to offer.
